Mindfit Meditation gives you everything you need to establish a lasting meditation practice:
A Guided Framework: Learn two Sanskrit mantras that provide a solid foundation for your meditation journey. You’ll discover when and how to use each mantra for maximum impact.
Daily Discipline: By the end of this self-paced course, you’ll have the knowledge and structure to meditate every day for 15 minutes—a practice that only takes up 1% of your day but will enhance the other 99%.
