About Integrated Coaching

As someone formally trained in therapy, I’ve chosen to work primarily through a coaching lens -not because therapy isn't valuable (it deeply is), but because coaching offers a dynamic, forward-moving structure that supports the kind of transformation many of my clients are seeking.

Coaching is collaborative and goal-oriented. We enter each session with clarity on what you want to explore or achieve, and work toward tangible outcomes. It’s about deepening your self-understanding while also taking clear steps forward -into greater alignment, coherence, and fulfillment.

Therapy, on the other hand, is often focused on understanding and healing the past. It’s a more structured, reflective process, and incredibly important when someone is in need of emotional stabilization or support through trauma or mental health challenges. While we may touch on past experiences in coaching, our work together is primarily future-focused -guided by vision, values, and possibility.

Coaching also allows for a more flexible and informal space. It’s safe, yes - but it’s also energizing, interactive, and creative. Where a therapist typically won't give direct advice, as a coach, I may guide you through decisions, offer frameworks, or support you with actionable tools.

Therapy helps you understand the water you're swimming in. Coaching helps you chart where you’re sailing next.

In my work, I draw on a therapy-informed approach, blending tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and neuroscience. This creates a highly personalized and embodied experience -supporting emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and meaningful, lasting change.

The Process

I usually create clear containers for my clients, spanning 3, 6 or 12 months where we meet fortnightly or monthly live online, and there is often homework, or tangible tools to undertake and things to research, read or listen to for you as the client, and we have text or what's app check ins between sessions for additional support if needed. For more urgent work, I will often work on three shorter sessions over a shorter period of time for an impactful compact body of work and I offer TUNE UP SESSIONS of 30 and 60 minutes for existing students that have studied with The Broad Place in some capacity.

How it works?

Personalized Introduction

Start with a live, one-on-one session (45 minutes) with Jacqui Lewis, where you’ll participate in a traditional Vedic ceremony, receive your personalized mantra, and begin your meditation journey with intention and purpose.

Deep Dive Sessions

Join two live group sessions (online or in-person) lasting 2.5 hours each, where you’ll dive into the science, psychology, and philosophy of meditation. Here, you’ll learn not only the “how” but the “why,” gaining the tools to make this practice your own.

Ongoing Support

With a lifetime practice at your fingertips, enjoy ongoing support, including regular online meetings and the ability to revisit the course whenever you choose as a complimentary gift. This is a practice you’ll carry forward, supported and guided by a like-minded community.
