Introduction To The Integrated Meditation Course

Welcome to Integrated Meditation, a transformative, three-part live course led exclusively by Jacqui Lewis. This isn’t just another meditation app or quick fix; it’s an in-depth journey, teaching a mantra-based meditation derived from the lineage of Transcendental Meditation, infused with the insights of neuroscience and psychology to support a fully integrated, modern life. What you will learn in Integrated Meditation

This meditation technique takes just 10-20 minutes, 1-2 times a day, with no need for a perfectly quiet environment—practice from a chair, car, or couch, making it seamlessly adaptable to your lifestyle.

How does an Integrated Meditation Course work exactly?

Personalized Introduction

You will fill out a form with information needed for Jac to share your first session with you. Then you turn up in person for the first session of the course that involves a beautiful short Vedic ceremony as a prelude to your receiving your personalised sanskrit mantra, and then you will be guided through your first meditation experience, and set the homework of meditating before the next group session. You always sit comfortably with back support so it's very accessible to everyone! 

Deep Dive Sessions

Then you will join two live group sessions lasting 2.5 hours each, where you’ll dive into the science, psychology, and philosophy of meditation. Here, you’ll learn not only the “how” but the “why,” gaining the tools to make this practice your own. These are detailed, information rich sessions and we meditate in the middle of each as a group. You will learn a lot about the incredible flexibility of your personal practice that we will build together. Don't worry, we also supply vast notes for you at the end too, you just sit back and relax and learn live.

Ongoing Support

With a lifetime practice at your fingertips, enjoy ongoing support, including regular in person and online meetings and the ability to revisit the course whenever you choose as a complimentary gift. This is a practice you’ll carry forward, supported and guided by a like-minded community.

Jacqui Lewis is the co-founder of The Broad Place, a globally recognized school dedicated to blending ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to offer transformative tools for elevated living.
