INDIA RETREAT 2026
A Sacred Return to Your Inner Nature
November 3â11, 2026 | 8 Days, 7 Nights in Coastal Karnataka, South India
+ 2-Month Integration Journey
Email us at [email protected] to reserve your spot.

THE INVITATION
This Immersion is for those seeking a truly profound experience spanning two months, with a residential retreat at its centre. For true transformation to take, we will be taking care of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects throughout this time for deeper integration. This is not a âquick yoga retreatâ with a single class a day, but an immersion into your higher self, your individual needs, and an opportunity to understand yourself and evolve in ways you will be delighted with. We generally live unaware of the nurturing inner voices of our being, drowned out by the din of daily life. And after the pandemic of the last two years, diving deeply back into a connection with ourselves is the ultimate gift we can give ourselves. Only when everything else quietens down and we are at peace can we truly hear the voice within, of our soul, of our intuition. This Immersion is reclaiming this space within.Â
We have curated this luxurious experience for those who wish to come to India, and have a truly nurturing time, have their every need met, and all of the potential stress removed from the experience of travel in India. After hosting many retreats in India we know what it takes so that you can have a spiritual journey, a learning experience, space for transformation, and complete pampering for mind and body!
Every day, there will be yoga classes for you to attend, and also your own private yoga deck within your villa. There are twice-daily meditations with Jac, and she will host workshops, talks, tools, and a philosophy that will expand your mind and heart. For aspiring or professional creatives, there is a stunning art and pottery studio where you can be mentored by the resident artist. Think fresh squeezed pomegranate or watermelon juices, spicy chaiâs, delicious food, vegetarian and locally caught seafood, amazing Ayurvedic body treatments.Â
You can go for a swim in the ocean and wander afterwards to the rhythms of the waves, or perhaps you wish to dip into the hotel pool and have some sun worship. Organic food that is farmed on private property, and prepared for each meal with love, a process so integrated and interesting that you can also take gardening and cooking classes to understand more deeply the process. Spacious rooms, built traditionally with your own private yoga deck with views on the second storey, and open-air pavilions to retreat and be in silence. There is only wifi available within the Library, so each day you can truly tune out from the rest of the world, while we take your mind, body and soul on a journey.
DATES:
8 days and 7 nights
We are starting 12pm on 3rd November, we can help you sort a hotel the evening before in Goa if you need to land then, and we will wrap 11am on 11th November, and we recommend not departing early if you can avoid it as the last morning together is very special
THE IMMERSION
This Immersion is for those desiring a truly deep, life-enhancing experience that spans two months, with a 7-night, 8-day Residential Retreat in the middle.
We begin a month before the in-person retreat with preparatory materials delivered to youâtools, meditations, and reflective practices to help you arrive grounded, clear, and open. After the retreat concludes, youâll have space for gentle integration, followed by a group online call two weeks later to reflect, connect, and continue the process of embodying what youâve gained.
Weâve spent years refining this experience through hosting retreats in India, and this one is something truly special. Every layer has been considered so you can drop deeply into rest, reflection, creativity, and connectionâwith yourself, and with something greater.
DAILY RHYTHM
Each day is designed to give you both structure and spaciousness:
- Morning yoga classes in an open-air shala with views over the ocean
- Twice Daily Meditation Sessions with Jac
- Philosophy talks, workshops and practices, and tools woven through the day
- Art and pottery studio time, if you want i,t with the gentle guidance of a resident artist
- Ayurvedic treatments and consultations
- Sunrise meditations and late afternoon meditationsÂ
- Additional Yoga Nidra and Pranayama classes are available daily
- Spacious, slow afternoons to swim, walk the beach, rest, or reflect
- Whether youâre dancing with creative flow in the art studio, being still in meditation, or sipping chai after a treatment, walking the beach, or connecting with the group, every moment is an invitation to come home to yourself.

WORKSHOPS WITH JAC
Across the retreat, Jac will host immersive group workshops, morning and afternoon workshops talks, and spontaneous sharesâall designed to support inner transformation. We will be working through techniques involving somatic experiencing, therapy, neuroscience and ancient eastern practices and spiritual guidance, through a real-world application.
Expect deep inquiry, creative exploration, and meaningful conversation around themes such as:
- Living in alignment with your inner truth
- Navigating the modern world with soul and intention
- Releasing old patterns and limiting beliefs
- Honouring the divine within through grounded practices
These sessions arenât lecturesâtheyâre living, breathing spaces of wisdom, humour, honesty and insight.
AYURVEDIC HEALING
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of health, is deeply woven into your retreat experience. Upon arrival, youâll meet with an Ayurvedic doctor who will prescribe a personalised treatment plan. Over the course of your stay, youâll access to remarkable healing Ayurvedic body treatments, each 45 minutes long, designed to restore, cleanse, and deeply nourish. Treatments are held in open-air spaces with fresh breezes and gentle views. Youâll shower outdoors afterwards beneath the trees, feeling renewed and held.
We will send a menu of treatments available and a month out you will choose ahead of time your treatments so we can schedule these and also they will be available to book each day but we also recommend getting organised ahead of time so you donât miss out on anything you want if you want extensive treatments.
YOGA AND MOVEMENT
Movement is offered every day in many forms:
Sunrise yoga in a 1600-square-foot open-air shala
Afternoon yoga, yoga nidra and pranayama classes are available daily
Private yoga decks are attached to each villa for your own practice
Spontaneous group movement sessions and meditative walks
Youâre free to attend all offerings or to rest in your own rhythm. This is your time.
CREATIVITY AND ART
For those called to express themselves creativelyâor just playfullyâthe on-site art and pottery studio is a dream. There is a huge art Shala and Pottery studio on the property, and Mathew the resident artist and art teacher is one of the kindest and creative teachers. He has a gentle compassion and belief that everyone has a creative element and he coaches gently out for everyone attending his studio. The studio is open every day morning and afternoon and you can pop in and spend as little or as much time there. This is also a really amazing way for creatives to allow themselves the time and space to explore a range of mediums, set amongst nature with as little or as much guidance as you choose.

CULTURE, ADVENTURE + CONNECTION
Weâve designed the retreat so that the first six days are deeply grounding and restful. In the final two days, for those who wish to venture further, weâll take two small group outings: one by tuk tuk, and one by private bus. Weâll visit a sacred Shiva temple, explore the local town, and wander local beaches with sunset ice cream in hand. All transport and lunch are included.
POST-RETREAT INTEGRATION
Our journey doesnât end when we leave the retreat space.
- Two weeks after, youâll receive a thoughtful integration guide with practices and tools to support your return home.
- Four weeks after, we gather for a live online group call to connect, share reflections, and revisit what was meaningful.
These final steps are essential: to honour your experience, to bring what youâve learned into everyday life, and to continue walking the path, gently and with support.
LOCATION
Our Retreat will take place South of Goa in Karnataka and we recommend flying into Goa, as then we can transfer you via private car to the property which takes about 3-4 hours of south GOA on the cove of Om Beach in Karnataka. We recommend you arrive by midday on the first day to enjoy lunch and your first treatment and settle in. This might mean arriving at the evening before in Goa and staying a night â our travel agent can organise this with you directly.
We will be situated on a private property of 26 acres, on the West Coast of India surrounded by pristine beaches and gardens. Coconut palms line the streets and beaches, and we are far removed from the hustle of the modern world, in an abode of peace. We will collectively reside for 8 nights a sanctuary for your âprakrutiâ or the innermost in the nature of an individual â that special blend of qualities and features that grants it uniqueness! It is our goal to offer a life plan for the âreconstructionâ of mind and body to bring about balance and harmony within.
We have for you to enjoy:

â a large oxidised swimming pool
â a meditation deck on a cliff overlooking the private beach with 180 degree views, in which we will do sunrise meditations

ACCOMODATION
The individual dwellings are villas that invite you to revel in open and green spaces that have been created within the walls of your very villa. They afford privacy yet open to the skies and expose you to nature, and your very inner nature in its full bounty. Your very own yoga deck on the second level offers spectacular views of the countryside and the ocean while you stretch your body and mind. Although the design is earthy and simple, it is not lacking in comfort. You will be cocooned in luxury whilst you step through your daily pilgrimage back to your heart and soul, landing fully in your body. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only, should you need it for an evening.
There are no televisions in any of the rooms, nor is WIFI available, except for at the reception and library areas. This is a deliberate disconnect time, for you to cultivate utter presence, and unwind.

AYURVEDA
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of healing, is unique in that it addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our well-being in an integrated and related way. Our therapies are designed around this holistic understanding of life and serve to heal your body, relax your mind and rekindle your soul.
Ayurveda dates back more than 2000 years, originating in the Vedas, the ancient Hindu texts that contain practical information related to almost all aspects of life and is that branch of the Vedas which delves into the essence of right living and healing. Literally meaning the âknowledge or Science (âvedaâ) of lifeâ (âayur), Ayurveda is an amalgamation of different knowledge systems that combine to offer a right and healthy way of life that is disease-free.
Within your Retreat package, you will be able to see the Ayurvedic doctor before each of your treatments, and the treatment rooms are open to fresh air with outdoor showers for your post treatment shower and dry off.

ECOLOGY AND COMMUNITY
The property is set on a private beach, and recipes from the local communities are used, as well as staff that live locally. As an earth centred property, rain water is collected and harvested and kitchen waste is composted for biogas that fuel the kitchens and fertiliser for the organic gardens.
ADVENTURE
We have structured the Retreat so that the first 6 days are full of retreat, nurture and stability. The last afternoon we adventure in the cutest tuk tuks, to explore the local towns, temples and markets as a group. There are some cute shops and anything you might wish to buy will be up to you, please bring some local currency of Indian Rupee for this ahead of time.
FOOD
We have to be honest, this is some of the most delicious food we have ever eaten! The variety and flavours delight at each and every meal. We can say the food is definitely one of the highlights! We prefer to make food that is grown in harmony with nature, ripened naturally on healthy soil and cooked with an air of mindfulness. The fresh produce â from the organic vegetable farm on the property and the neighbourhood â consists of seasonal tropical fruits, vegetables and freshly caught seafood. These are complemented with juices and herbal teas. Dairy and eggs are limited in their use, as is the use of oils in our preparations. The menu does not feature meats, hard liquor, refined sugar or refined flour. Everything is seasonal, and the fish is locally caught. Guests can interact with the cooking, gardening and dive into learning as much as they wish. The cooking classes are casual, friendly and a wonderful way to better understand healthy cooking with lots of flavour!
