Our Level One Training is about owning thatĀ 1% a day (15 minutes) to combat overwhelm, reduce stress and anxiety, gain clarity, cohesion and confidence, with a toolkit of resources from the spaces of Neuroscience, Psychology, Somatic Experiencing and Eastern Wisdom that align personally to you.Ā  Ā 

Join our Full Day Future Appreciation Level One Live Training to learn to understand yourself better, understand how reset your system, reconnect with yourself, and build the inner foundation your future self will thank you for - with just 15 minutes a day. You will learn a series of different tools, practices and resources that will be 1-6 minutes in length, so you can rebalance, regain your sense of self, in small bite sized pieces throughout each day.

We are living in a world our nervous systems were never built for. The constant screens. The endless notifications. The pressure to keep pace with everything and everyone. Most of us are walking around with an unspoken tension, scattered, overstimulated, stretched thin, and barely noticing it anymore because it has become the baseline.

The Format

The bridge we cross together is taking you from anxiety, overwhelm and stress into clarity, being grounded, empowered and confident.

We will be in a group setting, and it will be facilitated in a very safe, confidential and kind way.

No one has to share in the larger group setting if they don’t wish to! I am really into tailoring things to each individual. You will learn a lot about yourself, how you move through the world, and how you can harmonise your mind and body in times of need.

You will on completion have a menu of things you can adopt, adapt and introduce each day into your life - sometimes you’ll need more energy and a little hype up, other times you will need to cool down and ground. Other times you will want to invite in more flow.

No matter what you will be equipped with what you need that personally aligns for you in a moment in time.

This a transformational Live Training. You will learn how to build your own PERSONAL foundations and know how every single day to choose what tools and practices you need. We will ensure you have all you need to invest 15 minutes a day into being your most expanded, clear, creative and conscious self.

We will have a lunch break during the day, which is BYO or at your own expense. Feel free to ask more questions as you need.
