Coherence’ is a space for women who are ready to leave burnout behind and step into a new rhythm — one of clarity, groundedness, and creativity. Whether you’re deep in a rut, moving through a transition, or simply longing to feel like you again, this immersive experience will support you every step of the way.
Over two months, we’ll explore somatic practices, neuroscience-backed tools, meditation and ancient wisdom — all grounded in real life. We’ll look at leadership, motherhood, relationships, creativity, and the messy, beautiful in-between of being a woman today.
What’s Included?
We will have 4 key themes that will be explored
Regulate; Establish autonomic stability and shift from chronic stress to safety and responsiveness.
Resource; Strengthen internal and external support systems to increase capacity and resilience.
Restore; Facilitate physiological recovery and return the body to a baseline of rest and repair.
Reveal; Access integrated self-awareness through reflective processing and embodied insight.
Five 90-minute live group sessions (spaced fortnightly)
Where you will study neuroscience, therapeutic models and practices and techniques for genuine growth and transformation, leaving you with a deeper understanding of your self leadership capacity.
Weekly 15-minute online education pieces to ground your learning and integrate deeper
